İnci, the apple of her family's eye, is studying on a scholarship at a private high school that is very difficult to get into. Her mother, Seher, works as a janitor at the school where İnci studies. Her father, Selo, collects garbage day and night to pay for the school expenses of İnci, his greatest source of pride. Living happily in her own little world, İnci has never done anything to put her family down. While her only concern is exam stress, something happens to her that turns her life upside down. Desperation makes people do anything. When İnci resorts to a dangerous way to get out of this situation, she finds herself in a worse pit.

İnci is deeply shaken when she witnesses someone in the same situation as her disappear before her eyes. On the one hand, her parents are struggling desperately for their own future, and on the other hand, the news that spreads rapidly in the school leaves İnci in a desperate and fearful state. He must get rid of this trouble at all costs. Unable to share his secret even with the person who caused it because of his shame, he takes refuge in the last resort he found alone. Mothers sense whenever their daughters have a problem. A big test awaits Seher, who thinks that İnci's problem is more than exam stress. At the end of this road, he will either lose his only hope, his only daughter İnci, or his honor, the greatest treasure he had in his little life.

Seher is left with questions that only İnci has the answers to. On the one hand, she tries to maintain her daily life in order not to reveal anything to anyone, while on the other hand, she tries to clean up the troubles she has caused her daughter. Turgut, who tightens his grip on the school with the news that spreads rapidly, is tested with his son Mert. As a result of his actions, Mert meets a face that his father would never want to see. While Selo cannot keep even the smallest secret from his family, will he realize that the real secret is being kept from him? When Seher becomes worried about İnci's health, she takes a risk and creates bigger trouble for them and realizes that they cannot carry this burden alone anymore. With the answers she gets from İnci, she knocks on the door of someone else who she thinks should bear the responsibility.

Exactly 7 years pass. What has happened in those 7 years... Despite everything, İnci managed to become a doctor and reunited with her Masal. She did not have to accomplish all this alone. She had the help of someone who was a very good father to her Masal. Although this helper angel is not the person of İnci's dreams, they live a happy life. But a new surprise awaits İnci. One cannot escape from one's past. Fate forces İnci to face her past again, and unfortunately, not everyone has the strength to overcome the burden of the past. So who will be the one to be crushed under this burden this time?

Learning that Masal is his daughter, Mert confronts İnci again. Although İnci is angry with Mert, she is confused when she sees him. For Mustafa, who is a very good father to Masal, İnci and his daughter are everything to him. Mustafa, who is also afraid of losing İnci, meets Mert at the hospital. As the two look at each other like enemies, Mustafa wants to talk to Mert in a quiet place. Later, Mustafa returns home and apologizes to İnci with regret. Did Mustafa do something to Mert in that conversation? How will İnci react to Mustafa when she learns this?

Mert's regret grows even more. He confronts İnci and Mustafa. But Mustafa makes it clear to Mert that no one can destroy this family. At the hospital where İnci works, a patient's relative takes everyone hostage. Seeing İnci on the news, Mert rushes to the hospital. Will Mert or Mustafa save İnci?
